That's an accurate news report about the reality in Iran, that the pro-govt rallies are huge, just more evidence that most adults voted for Ahmadinejad and the U.S.-sponsored candidate lost, badly. That doesn't mean I would've voted for him. But most Iranians likely think the U.S. is behind much of the anti-govt protest, so they're pissed off and rallying. I'd be angry too, and protesting U.S. interference with Iranian internal affairs too, something the U.S. has a long and extremely ugly history of doing, especially to Iran.
