You know, I lied earlier. You are funny. I was just being silly stupid. Can you sum up this Spengler guy for me in a few sentences or however much you want. I never heard of him. I used to read a lot of books back in the day. Way back in the day. I don't presume to be any kind of expert on academics. I know a fair bit. I was able to stick up for my boy Max Weber. My favourite was Erich Fromm. My first essay at MLW I wrote on what books would people recommend to young people. I said Erich Fromm among others. Some jackass, forget the name, said Fromm was an idiot or something. Fricken sassa frassa. If anyone has the time, check him out in this old interview with whatshisname Mike Wallace. This type of hardcore social philosophy would never run today. It's Chris Matthews and Glen Beck. Wolfie and Larry King. I used to like Jessica Savage. She was the sweetie from Frontline. And some people think Obama is a socialist.... I'm having trouble keeping up with all the posts. If I ever miss someone responding to me, apologies in advance.
