Afghan War Will Take Longer Than the Iraq War: Petraues

David Petraeus who was somehow involved directly or indirectly  in the murder of Dale Stoeffel and who is running things over there in the Mid East says the Afghan war will take longer than the Iraq war. But...how long will the Iraq war take?

http://news.antiwar.com/2010/0...

As a pretentious, hate-filled, self involved blogger I reported on  a little known incident in 2005 about General Petraues. I put together a few pieces, which  reveals the following:

""If we proceed down the road we are currently on, there will be serious legal issues that will land us all in jail," Stoffel wrote in an e-mail to a senior assistant to U.S. Army Lt. Gen. David H. Petraeus, who was overseeing the task force in charge of the arms deal, according to the story."

Stoffel was murdered 8 days after sending the E-mail to General Petraeus. It must have been a coinkadink. It was the "terrorists" who killed him you see. A bunch of them got together the night before, decided to form a group, gave themselves a name and then gunned him down and disbanded, never to be heard of again immediately after. They just wanted to be terrorists that day.

Anyway,, thank God the Iraq war is over

Stu Piddy :: Afghan War Will Take Longer Than the Iraq War: Petraues
Obama is finally beginning to draw down the troops. There are about 250,000 contractors and troops in Iraq now that the war is finally over and about 250,000 scheduled to go to Afghanistan for mop up operations. That's about 500,000 troops and contractors or about as many as at the height of the Vietnam war.

Petraues is known to have political ambitions. Since it may be that he is a murderer and a gentleman as well as a soldier and a hero, I think he'd make what most Americans would think of as, an excellent president. Excellence is his middle name. Your Excellency will be the new name of the next American president.

Obama is the last American president.

that's the new multi-tool word of the day, boys and girls. It has a thousand and one handy uses.

Any talk of a health care relief bill that actually improves the health of Americans is/was....you guessed it, premature!

Any initial indication that banks would free up funds for loans for American small business and consumers, after the banks were given...bank!...by Obama/Bush, was...say it with me...premature!

When it was learned that the number 10 was actually a code number for the number 17, the rumors of unemployment numbers finally bottoming out in December and beginning to climb again were....hahahah....premature.

and best of all...

"Perhaps even more troubling over eight years after the war began, Gen. Petraeus insisted he still hasn't heard any talk of setting a timetable for the end of the war, and said any predictions would be "premature." Several nations had hoped to use the London Conference to set out some sort of exit strategy for the seemingly endless conflict.

In fact, Petraeus suggested that the London Conference would not so much focus on setting a timetable for a transition, but on deciding "what transition actually means." "

That's awesome!

"May we live long and die out"
