The kalimba I bought is a Junior Celeste (Pentatonic)
It's designed for little fingers. My hands are relatively small. Works fine for me. It's a beautifully made instrument and perfectly tuned.
I paid $98 for it with shipping. I bought it mostly to just see one again, and play it a bit. But I don't need it. Time to pass it on.
This is a kind of complicated sort of relief request I'm doing here; I know that. That's part of my gig; making it more complicated. Because the more complicated we make what we give and get and how we do it; the more we create good civilization, in all its intricate details.
I will keep this kalimba until someone writes me about how I can send it to a kid who needs it, in exchange for the patron recipient donating $98 to Haiti relief efforts as described above. That's the deal.
